Cancellation Policy

Event Makeup (Special Occasions, Formals, Photoshoots, etc.) -Event makeup bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon. -Appointments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. -Full payment is due on the day of service, payable by cash or bank transfer. -No booking deposit is required for individual event makeup appointments. -Group bookings (4 or more people) require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. The balance is due on the day of service. Weddings (Bridal & Bridal Party) -A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure all wedding bookings. -Your wedding booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a contract has been signed. -The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date. -Bridal trials are charged separately at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Event Makeup Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment may be charged 50% of the total service fee. -Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service fee. -Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior. Late Arrivals -Please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience. -Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with the full fee still payable.
